Return Policy

Important Information

  • 100 days to initiate returns
  • 7 days to process refunds
  • No restocking fees
  • Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility

You have 100 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. Please note that the returned items must meet certain conditions: they should be unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. You can try them on to check if they’re right for you, but beyond that, the items should remain in original condition.

Return Process

If your items meet the return criteria, you can begin the return process by contacting us at support@getspinepillow.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the return steps and provide the necessary information, including the return address.

Please make sure to securely pack your items and choose a delivery service that provides tracking. Once shipped, share the tracking number with our customer support to ensure your return is properly monitored and doesn’t get lost.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. Please email us at support@getspinepillow.com with your order number. If you miss the cancellation window and your order is already on its way, you can still return it later.

Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please wait up to an additional 2 days and check your tracking code. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you further.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please take a photo of the damage or incorrect products and send it along with your order number to support@getspinepillow.com . We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution. Please note that return shipping fees will be your responsibility.

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

If your parcel is not collected or refused at the post office, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct a $20 fee from your refund amount.
